This Privacy Policy explains what information SkateTracker collects, how it is used, stored, protected, and your choices regarding that information. SkateTracker is operated by Akomplis Studios Inc.
We collect account information (name, business name, email, password via authentication provider, subscription details) and customer information you choose to store, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, skate information, sharpening preferences and history, punch cards, and notes.
We use information to operate the service, send notifications, generate reports, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your business owns the customer data you enter into SkateTracker. We process and store it on your behalf.
We generally do not access your customer data except when necessary for support, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
Customer data is stored using Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
We use reasonable safeguards including secure authentication and encrypted connections. No online system can guarantee complete security.
After cancellation, data is retained for 60 days before permanent deletion.
Limited export functionality is available.
The Service may send account communications and customer notifications on your behalf. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.
