This policy explains how free trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for SkateTracker subscriptions.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.
Monthly: CAD $39/month regular price. Early-bird rate: CAD $29/month. Annual: CAD $390/year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Future renewals stop after cancellation.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, early cancellation, or forgetting to cancel before renewal, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Failed payments may result in retries, notification, temporary suspension, or cancellation if payment is not received.
Cancelled accounts are retained for 60 days, during which you may reactivate or request an available data export. After 60 days, data may be permanently deleted.
