Welcome to SkateTracker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkateTracker (the "Service"), a cloud-based software application owned and operated by Akomplis Studios Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada ("SkateTracker," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SkateTracker.
SkateTracker is subscription software designed to help skate sharpening businesses manage customer information and sharpening records. Features may include customer profiles, skate information and preferences, sharpening history, punch card tracking, pickup notifications, reminders, operational reports, revenue summaries, and shop activity tracking. Features may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter agreements, and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activity under your account.
Monthly: CAD $39/month regular price. Early-bird rate: CAD $29/month. Annual: CAD $390/year. Prices may change with advance notice; any change takes effect on your next renewal.
New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before expiry, your subscription automatically begins.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your prepaid term.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Your business owns its customer data.
We may access data only for support, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, or legal compliance.
Customer data is stored using Supabase.
Cancelled accounts are retained for 60 days before permanent deletion.
No illegal activity, malware, hacking, reverse engineering, account sharing outside your organization, or abusive automation.
The software and all intellectual property remain the property of Akomplis Studios Inc.
We rely on providers including Stripe and Supabase.
Email and SMS delivery is not guaranteed.
Reports are informational only and should not be relied upon as accounting or tax records.
The Service is provided as available with no uptime guarantee.
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice.
Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
